Instructions
Step 1
Cook the garlic, tomatoes, and salt in a pan with oil over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the tomatoes together with the burrata.
Step 3
Add the sauce and pasta to the pan and stir everything together. Just in case you feel the sauce is not binding well, add a splash of pasta cooking water and stir it in. The starch from the water will help to give your sauce more body and a silky texture.
Step 4
