1 teaspoonfish sauce
1 tablespoonginger

1 tablespoongarlic
2scallions
1 poundchicken wings

Instructions
Step 1
Brine chicken for at least 1 hour, please see brine ratio

Combine curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar
Step 3
Thoroughly dry wings after brining and toss in sauce mixture
Step 4
Air fry at 400 for 20 minutes, flip halfway through and continue for another 15-20 minutes. Be sure to space it out to help with the crisping of the skin
