Step 1
Chop Onion and Garlic

Fry Onion and Garlic in Pan
Step 3
Put Sausages in the Oven to cook, chop mushrooms and add to the onion and garlic.

Once mushrooms have sweltered down add tomatoes, sugar, salt and worcester sauce. Bring to boil.
Step 5
Put some water to boil on and start cooking the pasta, add a teaspoon of salt to the water. Once sausages have browned take out of the oven and chop into bitesized pieces.
Step 6
Put sausages into the tomato onion mixture. Add plant cream into the mixture. Once the pasta is cooked add into the mixture and serve. Can add basil is desired.
Step 7
Grate cheese on top and serve.
