This is my favorite cake during the summer time. It’s a delicious yellow cake topped with a pineapple filling and a simple yet delicious whipped cream.

Instructions
Step 1
mix all the ingredients for the cake together put in the sprayed cake pan then into the oven it goes at 350° for 35 minutes.
Step 2
——peel and chop the pineapple then put it in a pot add the sugar and boil on medium heat for 15 minutes then purée.
Step 3
——mix together the water and corn starch add it to the puréed pineapple then boil on medium heat again for another 4 to 5 minutes take it off the heat and let it cool down.
Step 4
——whip the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk together until stiff peaks form.
