Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Mix all ingredients and form meatballs. Roughly 1-2" in size.
Step 3
Pan fry to brown them. I use a jar of sauce in the skillet to help prevent the meatballs from sticking and burning.
Step 4
Once browned, pour sauce into bottom of a pan that will hold all meatballs. Transfer meatballs into pan for baking. Add sauce to pan as needed. You may not need both jars of sauce depending on how much sauce you like.
Step 5
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
Step 6
Uncover and top with cheese.
Step 7
Broil for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 8
Serve with pasta.
