Instructions

Step 1
Sautée onion
Step 2
Add mushrooms & peppers and cook for 20-30 min on low flame
Step 3
Add orzo and water- amount according to package directions
Step 4
Add salt and pepper
Step 5
Bring to a boil and cook 12-15 min uncovered until water is absorbed, stir in between
