Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 180º.
Nachos:

Cut the tortillas in triangles, mix olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper, with the help of a brush, brush the mix on the tortillas. Place the tortillas in the oven and cook for 6 min on each side. Reserve.

In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, sweat the onion and garlic, add the meat, season with salt, pepper and spices to choice, cook until done.

Using a cooking tray, lay the tortillas, meat and then the cheese in alternate layers. Cook in the oven for 10min. Reserve some tortillas for garnishing
Pico de Gallo

In a bowl, mix the diced tomato, red onion, chili pepper, diced avocado, coriander, lime juice, season with salt and pepper.
Garnishing

Take the meat and cheese from the oven, top it with the pico de gallo, add more chopped coriander and lay some more tortillas.
