Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil the potatoes in 1 liter of water with 1 teaspoon of salt. Then strain them and put them in a large bowl. Mash the potatoes well with a fork until they are mashed.

2. Add sliced ham, cheese, onion, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Take the mass by hand, form croquettes. Bread in flour, egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
