Instructions
Step 1
In a glass combine ice cold water and gelatine. Place it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut oranges in half and remove the flash. Add flesh to the blender, blend it and pass through the sieve to get orange juice. Rinse orange cups and set aside.
Step 3
Add orange juice and sugar to the saucepan and bring it to the boil.
Step 4
Remove from the heat and add gelatine. Mix until gelatine dissolve.
Step 5
Fill orange cups with juice-gelatine mixture and put in fridge for 4-6 hours or until firm.
