Instructions

Step 1
Stir the apple, cinnamon, sweetener and water in a microwaveable bowl.
Step 2
Cover with cling film and cook on high for 2 minutes or until the apple starts to soften but still has bite

Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C/gas mark 6).
Step 4
The next stages are a bit tricky, so there are some visual steps overleaf

Fold the wrap into three equal sections.
Step 6
Press firmly so you can see the marks when you unfold it.
Step 7
Open out the wrap and fold it in half vertically.
Step 8
You should be able to see all the fold lines.
Step 9
Using a sharp knife, make a diagonal cut about two fingers width from the bottom of the wrap, running from the fold line to the edge of the wrap.

Measure another finger's width and make another cut at the same angle.
Step 11
Continue cutting (you should get 6-8 strips), leaving the top and bottom of the wrap uncut.
Step 12
Open out the wrap and brush the whole thing with beaten egg, paying extra attention to the edges.
Step 13
Spoon the apple mixture along the middle of the wrap.
Step 14
Fold the top and bottom of the wrap in, then starting at the end closest to you, fold the bottom left strip up towards the top right-hand comer of the wrap

Fold the bottom right strip over towards the top left comer of the wrap.
Step 16
Alternate the remaining strips until all the filling is enclosed.
Step 17
Sprinkle with a little sweetener

Spray a baking tray with low-calorie cooking spray

put the filled wrap on the tray and bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 20
Remove from the oven and enjoy warm
