Clean the kale and slice it.

Warm up some olive oil in a pan and add some garlic. Remove the garlic and ease down the kale. Stir and add the white wine. Stew the kale until is soft. Add some salt and pepper and keep aside when it is ready.

Slice the ciauscolo salami.

Cut the bread in half and spread some mayo on both sides.

Place some kale on the bottom. Add the your ciauscolo salami. On top of it, add the sliced scamorza and dried tomatoes.
