Instructions
Step 1
In a large pan, medium-high heat, add mushroom (no oil), and cook for about 3 minutes until the mushroom gets browned.
Step 2
Follow the instruction on the package of the pasta, and cook with its salt. Save pasta cooking water for later.
Step 3
Add Italian sausage, and garlic, cumin, and cook until it is no longer pink.
Step 4
Add tomato paste, pasta cooking water, 1 tbsp parsley, and heavy cream.
Step 5
Add cooked pasta and cheese, and toss well. Taste pasta, and add salt and pepper as you wish.
Step 6
Put the pasta in a bowl, and sprinkle the one tbs parsley.
