Instructions
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces of approx. 3-4 cm.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and the stem into slices.
Step 3
Cook the potatoes into a pot of salted water for about 15 minutes. Add the broccoli during the last 8-10 minutes so that they are cooked at the same time.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the fish fingers for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Step 5
Drain the potatoes and broccoli; collect a cup of cooking liquid. Add the cream cheese and a dash of cooking liquid and mash everything with the potato masher to a smooth puree.
Step 6
Cut three spring onions into rings.
Step 7
Stir in the spring onion rings and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Serve with fish sticks.
