Ingredients

400 gmorzo pasta
250 gmMinced beef
200 gmTomato sauce
1 Tbspoil
2onions
minced
salt
pepper
½ tspCinnamon powder
0.25kgmozzarella
shredded
For the bechamel sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a kettle with boiling water (1 litre minimum)
Step 2
In a pot put 1 tbsp oil and the orzo pasta stirr till pinkish brown
Step 3
Add the boiling water to the pasta and let it boil for 3 to 5 min then strain it and put it aside
Step 4
In a pan put the minced onions and the minced beef salt pepper and the cinnamon after the beef is cooked add the tomato sauce
Step 5
In a clay pot add the beef, the pasta and the mozzarella then put in the oven
If with bechamel sauce
Step 6
Add 2 tbsp flour with oil ghee and stock cube on medium fire till flour is pink
Step 7
Add the milk and keep stirring till thickens
Step 8
Spread 2 tbsp in the bottom of the clay pot then add the pasta beef and tomato sauce then add the rest of the bechamel on the top
