2 cupstortilla chips
or plantain chips for strict AIP
1 lbground beef
1 TbspAvocado oil
or coconut oil
2 ½ Tbsptaco seasoning
1 tspsea salt
Avocado Crema
1avocado
peeled, seed removed, and diced
¼ cupscilantro
chopped
1red onion
chopped into approximately s
⅓ cupscoconut cream
1lime
lime juice from

Nacho Sauce
¾ cupscoconut milk
½ cupsweet potato
steamed, you'll only use approximately
0.25lime

Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, and brown your ground beef until fully cooked through and broken into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning and 1 teaspoon of salt to the skillet and stir into your ground beef mixture. Set aside.
Step 2
Combine in a bowl all the ingredients for the guacamole, and mash together. Set aside.
Step 3
In a blender, add all the nacho sauce ingredients, and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Set aside.
Step 4
Now it’s time to assemble your nachos. Spread your chips in a single layer on a serving platter. Sprinkle the ground beef mixture on top of your chips, then spoon dollops of avocado crema on top, and drizzle with the nacho sauce.
Step 5
Garnish with toppings of choice, such as fresh cilantro, red onion, and black olives. Serve immediately.
