Instructions

Step 1
Cut your salmon filets into about 1 inch cubes. Season with Cajun and lemon pepper seasoning. Refrigerate and let marinade for a minimum of 20 min up to 2 hours.

Pre heat your oil to 350 F.
Step 3
Place flour in a medium bowl and season with Cajun and lemon pepper seasoning.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk you eggs. Place salmon and fully coat. Then place in flour batter and fully coat. Shake off any excess.
Step 5
Fry 3-5 minutes or until golden brown with a minimum internal temperature 145 F.
Step 6
Meanwhile, melt the butter and season with cajun, lemon pepper, Old Bay, and parsley.
Step 7
Place salmon bites in a bowl and top with cajun butter. Toss to combine.
Step 8
Plate and drizzle with honey. Serve with Cajun Ranch for dipping.
