Cover the chicken breast with the egg on both sides then do the same thing with the bread crumbs. Turn on the heat on high put in the chicken pieces. When the oil bubbles turn down the heat to low. Fry for 2 min on each side (might need more depends on thickness). Put the chicken on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
