Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat a large griddle or skillet over medium heat.
Step 2
2. In a small blender, combine all of the ingredients & blend until there are no chunks and the batter is very creamy. Fold in the blueberries.
Step 3
3. Melt some butter on your griddle/skillet out spray with nonstick spray. Pour your pancake batter evenly among 8 pancakes and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Make sure the batter is bubbling & bottoms are golden before you flip or they will break!
Step 4
4. Top with sugar free syrup and enjoy!
