Instructions

Step 1
It doesn’t take 73020 seconds, more like 50 mins, so for whiny little babies here are the instructions

Pre bake squash, took me 40 mins at 180 Deg C (fan circulated oven). *note that it is very important to burn your left forearm on the baking tray whilst removing from the oven to adjust the squash halfway through baking*

Brown Quorn and onions

Stir in sachet contents

Add mushrooms, pepper and beans with chopped tomatoes and top up where necessary with passata sauce

Boil and simmer that biatch until it’s hot and everything is cooked
Step 7
Serve immediately on the table

Add to tortilla, sprinkle cheese, shove in trap
