¼ tspbaking powder
60mlunsweetened vanilla almond milk
60gprotein yogurt
50gfresh strawberries
sliced into cubes, not necessary
Filling
30gprotein yogurt
substitute with vegan cream cheese
3gstrawberries
mashed, or strawberry protein pudding/pudding powder

Instructions
Step 1
Pour the oats, yogurt, milk, baking powder, chia seeds, maple syrup & protein powder into a blender. Blend till smooth. Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a ramekin. Add in diced strawberries. Pour another 1/3 of the mixture above the strawberries. Mix the cream cheese & pudding together. Drizzle/place at the center of the ramekin while leaving 1-2 tsp of the mixture for later. Cover with remaining oats mixture. Add extra strawberries on top. Bake for 18-22 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven. Once cooled slightly, add remaining cream cheese mixture above. Decorate with extra strawberries & cereal crisps before serving!
