Instructions

The salad

Step 1
Finely slice the carrot and red cabbage. Finely dice the cucumber. Add the ingrediënt to a large bowl.
Step 2
Finely chop the cilantro and mint and add to the bowl.
Step 3
Cook the noodles according to the instructions. Don’t forget to rince them with cold water after, or they will stick together.
Step 4
Add the cooked noodles to the large bowl.

Dressing

Step 5
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce to a small bowl.
Step 6
Finely chop the red chili and add to the small bowl together with grated ginger.
Step 7
Grate the lime and add its juice to the mix as well.
Step 8
Finally add a small teaspoon of sugar and mix well.

Final steps

Step 9
Add the dressing to the bowl and toss all of the ingredients.
Step 10
Ready to serve! Add hoisin to your liking and top with some peanuts, green onions and cilantro.
