Bean Sprout Salad
4 steps

Great Asian appetizer/side dish! If you are on a vegan diet, you can replace the chicken stock powder with Konbu seaweed stock powder. Also, if you like the spicy version, you can add 1 tsp tobanjan (Chinese chili bean paste) to the dressing. I researched it, and it says, "Wakame is low in calories and rich in nutrients. Various health benefits, including lower cholesterol levels, decreased blood pressure, enhanced weight loss, and reduced blood sugar." Awesome!
