Ingredients

2 cupsalmond milk
I like to use coconut or macadamia nut milk, you can use any type milk just double check caloric info
4 servingswhey protein powder
I like to use a vanilla, stevia sweetened powder or an unsweetened powder
1 cupfrozen mixed berries
4 Tbspalmond butter
natural, or peanut, no sugar added
Instructions
Step 1
You can hand whisk or blend up all ingredients in a blender, measure out 4 equal servings and store in refrigerator. I like to make in the evening so they have time to set up and thicken. If you used unsweetened protein powder, add sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, stevia, etc) and account for extra calories per serving.
