1 tspsriracha
1 Tbspdark soy sauce
1 Tbspsweet thai chili sauce
salt
pepper
1 tspsesame seed
For Edamame & Avocado
Instructions
Step 1
1. Dice Ahi tuna
2. Add to bowl
3. Add the rest of ingredients for poke and gently mix
4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour
Edamame Avocado Preparation
Step 2
1. Grate ginger 2. Grate garlic
3. Dice onion
4. Dice cucumber
5. Slice Avocado 6. Add ingredients to bowl
7. Add vinegar 8. Add salt and pepper
9. Mix and slightly mash until fully combined
Assembly
Step 3
1. Using ring mold on plate, spoon edamame and avocado mixture in bottom
2.Add ahi poke and pack to form 3. Garnish with shredded carrots chopped cilantro and pickled ginger
