Instructions

Step 1
Heat water in a pot until it reaches boiling point, then cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and put aside.
Step 2
Take a large bowl and use a whisk to blend the miso and hot water until a paste is formed. Combine the other ingredients for the sauce and whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
Put the noodles into the sauce-filled bowl and mix them together until they're coated. Move the mixture into a serving bowl, garnish, and enjoy!
