Preparation
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, cut the cabbage into strips, take the noodles from the pack. Boil a pan of salted water and place the potatoes and cabbage into boil.
Sauce
Step 2
Place the butter in a bowl and add the garlic paste black pepper and sage. Mix and blend together then microwave for 40 seconds once the meal is plated up and drizzle over
Adding the Noodles
Step 3
When the potatoes are starting to soften add in the noodles. Cook on until the noodles are ready to eat, give the pot a stir before draining to evenly distribute the components.
Serving
Step 4
Place a little of the noodle potato and cabbage mix in each dish then add a little grated cheese. Repeat the process again, more noodles potato and cabbage topped off with grated cheese.
Step 5
Add a little more parmesan cheese to serve
Finishing
Step 6
Add a little parmesan cheese and then drizzle over the garlic butter sauce.
