Step 1
Combine oatmeal and baking powder in a small bowl.

Add eggs and mix until everything is combined thoroughly.

Melt butter in small non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Add the batter to the pan. Spread it around the pan to create a more circular shape.

Cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.

Flip the pancake over and cover with the lid. If the pancake is still watery on the top, cover again and cook for an additional minute.
Step 7
Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8
Plate and serve with favorite toppings such as yogurt, berries, honey, etc.
