Instructions

Step 1
Mix yeast, sugar, and water together in large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes. Stir in flour and salt. Knead 15 minutes adding small bits of flour as needed. Let rise 1-2 hours at room temp or up to 3 days in refrigerator.
Step 2
Add olive oil, a pinch of cornmeal, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder to bottom of cast iron skillet, spread with fingers. Shape dough to bottom of skillet. Let sit 30 minutes
Step 3
Put pan on burner, turn on to medium and turn on broiler. Spread more olive oil and spices on top. Let cook 7-8 minutes. Broil 3-4 minutes.
