Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly together (except the cheese, tomato purée/pizza sauce and toppings) and lay out on to a greased/lined baking tray.

2. Gently flatten and shape the mixture in to a pizza base shape (I usually make it rectangular), and make it around 1/4 inches thick.
Step 3
3. Bake at 180° for 10-12 mins or until the base is just barely cooked through.
Step 4
4. Remove from oven, drain away any juices that have collected and top with tomato purée/sauce, some more oregano, cheese and toppings of your choice.
Step 5
5. Bake again for 10 mins or until the cheese is melted and golden. 6. Serve with salad and/or potato wedges. °
