Step 1
Turn oven to 350 degrees. Mix first 5 ingredients. Add ground chicken and egg. Stir well to blend and combine into meatball mixture. Spray cookie sheet with oil. Spoon mixture onto greased cookie sheet, forming small meatballs (tablespoon size or a little gigger). Bake for 35 minutes, or until done (firm).
