It is not one of the quickest burger to make but is one of the healthiest you can have. Take some time to prepeare it and enjoy this veggi burger if you are in the mood for something special.

Step 1
Boil the lentils and pealed potatoes and challot in salty water for about 30 minutes. Both needs to be soft. Add a couple of leaves of laurel.

Once the lentils are well done, remove the laurel and put the in a strainer. Let them cool while prepearing the spinach. The second step is to put the spianch in a strainer and squeeze out the water.

Boil the spianch in salty water, it is going to take 10 minutes. After that, put them into a strainer and squeeze out the water.

Step 4
Put the black lentis, spinach, onions and potatoes in a food processor. Add some salt, pepper, sage, rosemary and garlic. If you fell like to add some chili of course you can add it. I used powders instead of fresh sage, rosemary and garlic but if you have some fresh ingredients at home it is even better.

Now take a large bowl and put all the ingredients in it. Start adding some breadcrumbs to the mixture until you see it becoming compact. If the mixture is too wet, keep adding breadcrumbs and then start givin your burger a shape. You can use a burger press or shape it with your hands.

Last and final stel is to fry your black lentils burger in hot oil for few minuets and then finally enjoy it.
