Instructions
The tomato sauce
Step 1
Grate 6 tomatoes, add 1 garlic glove cut in small dices, and add a pinch of salt and oregano. Stir. Boil the sauce with mid/high fire until water is fully evaporated. Cooking time 30min.
The rice
Step 2
Add 2 cups of water for each cup of rice on a pot. Wait until the water is boiling then add the rice, 2 cloves of garlic and few bay leaves. Turn down the fire to small/medium. Cooking time 15min.
The banana
Step 3
Cut the banana in half horizontally and coat with a bit of flour. Fry with a good amount of oil with mid fire. Cooking time 5min.
