Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Line a metal baking sheet with parchment paper,

To make the breading: Combine crispy fried onions, cornflake crumbs, flour, and 1/4 teaspoon salt

In a small bowl, make honey mustard sauce: mix mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Dip chicken into egg mixture, then coat with crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.

Place chicken on prepared baking sheet.
