Tsukune
1 lbsground chicken
4green onions
chopped
1 tspginger
2 Tbssake
2 tspsoy sauce
2 Tbspotato starch
1 Tbswakame
1 Tbssake
to cook and steam meat
1 tspoil
Teriyaki sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all the Tsukune ingredients and stir the mixture well.
Step 2
Grease a tray and your hand, and make a shape and thread onto skewers.
Step 3
Pan fry them with oil about 4 minutes until brown each side.
Step 4
Add 1 tbs sake, and let Tsukune steam for about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Combine all the Teriyaki sauce ingredients, and coat Tsukune with the sauce.
