Delicious red sauce you can use in any dish to add some spice. My favorite way to use is on red enchiladas, chilaquiles, or drizzled on flautas or red rice .

Ingredients

1 cupguajillo chile
1 cupAncho chile
½ cupchile de Arbol
will add spice omit if you don't like the sauce hot
0.5onion
diced
1tomato
diced
2garlic cloves
peeled diced
1 pinchsalt
1 teaspoonoregano
1 pinchcumin
½ teaspoonsemi sweet chocolate
i use, chocolate 2 triangle, Optional
1 pinchblack pepper
1 teaspoonchicken bullion powder
optional
1 teaspooncinnamon
optional
Instructions
Step 1
slightly toast all dry chili without oil do not burn set inside blender.
Step 2
1/2 tsp olive oil to pan and roast onion tomato garlic lightly then place in blender
Step 3
Add to blender salt ,cumin, oregano, sweet chocolate, chicken bullion, black pepper, blend everything together till smooth.

Strain
Step 5
Boil in pan for 5 min.
