Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over a medium high heat
Step 2
Add onions and garlic to the pan, saute for 3 minutes

Add the rice and stir frequently to slightly brown the rice

Add the chicken stock, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, and salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly
Step 5
Reduce heat to simmer and cover tightly with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the liquid has been absorbed
Step 6
Once the liquid has been absorbed, turn off the heat and leave mixture alone with the lid on it for another 10
