Ingredients
4 servings
low-calorie cooking spray
2garlic cloves
peeled and thinly sliced
root ginger
2.5cm, lin, piece, peeled and sliced into fine strips
1red chilli
deseeded and finely sliced
200gtenderstem broccoli
300gbroccoli
cut into florets
350gcooked king prawns
2 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 tspgranulated sweetener
½ tspchinese 5-spice
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
4 nestsegg noodles
cooked according to packet instructions
Instructions
Step 1
Place a large wok or frying pan on a high heat.
Step 2
Spray with low-calorie cooking spray and add the garlic, ginger and chilli.
Step 3
Stir-fry for 2 minutes, moving the ingredients around the pan to stop them from burning.
Step 4
Add the Tenderstem broccoli and broccoli florets to the wok and combine with the garlic, ginger and chilli.
Step 5
Keep on a high heat and add 3 tablespoons of water.
Step 6
Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the broccoli is almost tende but still has bite.
Step 7
Add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper te taste and mix well.
Step 8
Cook for another 5 minutes until the prowns are heated through thoroughly.
