¼ cuplow sodium soy sauce
2eggs
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbscumin
¼ tspchinese 5 spice
¼ cupbuttermilk

Instructions
Step 1
Toss 1 inch cubes of chicken in the marinade and set aside for 20-30 minutes
Step 2
Toss the marinated chicken in the breading mixture making sure all surfaces are covered. Press breading mixture into chicken chunks to ensure full coverage
Step 3
Preheat fryer to 350 degrees. Fry until golden brown. Or for crispier texture, double fry (fry for 2-3 minutes, remove and cool... Fry again for 2-3 minutes)
