Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
Add vegan cheese and oat cream to a bowl and melt.
Step 3
Dice onion and garlic.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 5
Sauté onion and garlic.
Step 6
Add pulled oats and smoked paprika to the pan and fry until onions are soft.
Step 7
Add tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Rinse the crushed tomato can with water (around 1/2dl) and add to the pan.
Step 8
Mix contents of pan together with gnocchi and transfer to an oven safe dish.
Step 9
Top with dollops of pesto and cheese mixture.
Step 10
Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
Step 11
Serve with fresh basil.
