Step 1
Mash avocado and eggs in bowl until creamy (you can leave it a little chunky if desired)

In separate bowl combine flour and baking powder
Step 3
Add in dry ingredients gradually until fully combined into a doughy-like texture

Preheat oven to 350°
Step 5
Cool for 20-25 minutes in greased muffin tray (or with muffin tins)
Step 6
Can also be baked as a loaf or any other form of bread
