Turmeric Coconut Chicken Curry

Instructions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chicken for five to six minutes, until Golden Brown.
Step 2
Add milk and honey and stir coating chicken. Add spices and raisins, and stir to combine ingredients.
Step 3
Bring to a low boil, then lower heat to low and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.
Step 4
Plate chicken and garnish with hard boiled eggs and cilantro.
