I think this was Arahiaโ€™s favourite food she has tried so far ๐Ÿ˜‚ It made enough dough for about 5 mini pizzas๐Ÿ•๐Ÿ• โ€ข 1 - 2 cups of self raising flour โ€ข 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt โ€ข Tomato paste/pizza sauce โ€ข Toppings of your choice- today we just used grated cheese & grated zucchini In a bowl combine the flour and yoghurt and bring to form a ball. Start with 1 cup of flour and slowly add more. Then on your bench with flour sprinkled, knead the dough ball for about 10 minutes, before rolling into small pizza shapes. Knead until itโ€™s no longer sticky. Bake at 180โ€ข on a tray with baking paper for about 10 minutes. The dough will rise so make your base quite thin. Once it comes out of the oven, spread over tomato paste/pizza sauce and add your toppings. Put back into the oven for about 5-10 minutes until toppings are cooked ๐Ÿด

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl combine the flour and yoghurt and bring to form a ball. Start with 1 cup of flour and slowly add more.

Then on your bench with flour sprinkled, knead the dough ball for about 10 minutes, before rolling into small pizza shapes. Knead until itโ€™s no longer sticky.
Step 3

Once it comes out of the oven, spread over tomato paste/pizza sauce and add your toppings.
