It's quite difficult to find recipes that are for 2 people and then making the ingredients to fit a 2 person serving doesn't always work out. However this one does and its simple.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all spices and seasoning. Place chicken in ovenproof dish. Divide the mixed ingredients between the chicken breasts and rub in. I made a couple of thin cuts in top of the chicken before adding the mix.
Step 2
Put in oven on mark 6/7 and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 72 to 75°C.
Step 3
Serve with mash, new potatoes and a side of veg.
