Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your grill or oven to 350-375 F.

Generously grease an 8x8 baking dish.

Add the frozen hashbrown patties (or another frozen potato) to the bottom of the casserole dish.

Add the bacon and Kobassa.
Step 5
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture on top of the food in the casserole dish.

Top with shredded cheese and cover with aluminum foil. Cook for 45 minutes. Uncover and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
