Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9oz ramekin lightly with oil.
Step 2
Flour the rolled oats in an 8 cup food processor. Excluding chocolate chips, add all other ingredients and process until very well combined.
Step 3
Fold most of the chocolate chips. Reserve just a few extra chips for topping.
Step 4
Pour batter into greased ramekin. Top with remaining few chocolate chips.
Step 5
Bake at 350° for roughly 20 minutes, checking halfway. Dish is ready when inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Step 6
Rest for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
