Instructions
Step 1
Sauté onion and garlic in oil in 12 qt pot
Step 2
Add zucchini and sauté another 20 minutes
Step 3
Place flanken in mesh bag and add to pot
Step 4
Add spices and water to cover - at least 2/3 of pot
Step 5
Bring to an boil and simmer for 3-4 hours
Step 6
Remove mesh bag and blend soup
Step 7
Add flanken pieces and cook another half hour.
