Instructions
Marinating the chicken
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the lime juice, yogurt and 3 tbsp tikka powder and season with salt and pepper

Add the chicken, marinate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight
Cooking the curry

Preheat the grill to medium
Step 4
In the wok: add the onion and fry until softened
Step 5
Then add the garlic, ginger, chilli, cinnamon, cumin and remaining tikka powder and fry for 2-3mins

Stir in the tomato puree and 250ml of water
Step 7
Bring to the boil, then simmer for 12-15mins
Step 8
Meanwhile, thread the chicken onto metal skewers, spray and grill for 12-15mins, turning occasionally
Step 9
Cook the rice
Step 10
Stir the chicken and the fromage frais into the curry
