Instructions
Tomato Soup
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut large tomatoes, diced onions, red pepper and the top of the 2 whole garlics and place on baking pan.
Knife
Step 2
2. Cover diced veggies in Olive Oil sprinkle fresh salt & pepper. & place in oven for about 50-60 mins or until veggies fully charred and crisp.
Step 3
3. Once finished add a small amount of olive oil and veggies to the pan along with roasted garlic, tomato paste, butter, and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Then add in chicken broth, heavy cream, all seasonings listed, and stir thoroughly. After blend sauce until you get a smooth consistency using a immersion blender is ideal.
Step 5
5. Once blended add A basil leave and let sauce simmer for an additional 10 mins on low heat.
Step 6
6. Once finished you can garnish with basil leave and a splash of heavy cream with a mini roasted tomato for garnish.
Mozzarella Balls
Step 7
1. I Recommend MAKING SMALL MOZZARELLA BALLS
Step 8
2. Start with slightly frozen mozzarella and diced into small balls or can keep it large. First dip in flour, egg, & then breadcrumbs repeat 2x then let cheese balls sit in freezer for about 1-2 hrs. & fry balls for about 3-5 mins or until outside is creepy. Enjoy with tomato soup and enjoy!
