Spicy Chinese Noodles
This salad uses fiber- rich woke what or buckwheat noodles. It gets its kick from ground red pepper; you can make it house or milder by adjusting the amount.

Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot of boiling water over medium-high heat, cook the pasta 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain well. Place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the red peppers, scallions, soy sauce or tamari, oil, ginger, nuts, garlic, Cilantro, ground red pepper, and honey. Toss well. Let salad marinate for 1 hour before serving.
