Step 1
Cut and season chicken breasts
Step 2
Chop up onion and caramelize and boiled potatoes
Step 3
Bring broth to a boil and add a cup of water
Step 4
Add chicken and vegetables to the broth mix and let boil for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add seasonings and place lid back on to boil for another 10 minutes stirring periodically
